Location and registration:
As in 2018, the workshop will again take place at the enchanting Hotel L'Aubier near Neuchatel.
We meet for dinner and introduction on Thursday, 17.10.2019 at 8 pm. Workshop Friday and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday 10 am to 4:30 pm.
Participation fee: CHF 3.700,- / currently with early booking discount CHF 3.300,- (€ 2.900,-). Accompanying persons receive a 50% discount.
Participant group limited to a maximum of 6 participants. Intensive personal work. Eligibility in order of registration and receipt of the participation fee.
Alternative: If you are a group of at least 3 participants you can plan with us a different location. Special group prices can be managed.
The hotel rate (last year CHF 560,- full board 3 days) has to be paid directly to the hotel. This eco-hotel offers delicious organic food.
The public workshop version takes place in especially suitable, near-natural seminar houses or small hotels. The three-day workshop begins on the evening before the first day of the seminar with a short introduction round. It is finished in the afternoon (approx. 4:30 pm) on the third day. Participants will receive a workbook for their personal work steps and experiences, a short introductory text, and online access to the media used.
Entrepreneurs, managing directors, executives, non-executives with special tasks and creative people, who do not want to complain about the lack of imagination and innovation, but want to mobilize and further exploit their potentials in order to realize important values for themselves, their employees, their fellow human beings and possibly even for society.
Short presentations, individual and group work, group discussions, active and passive relaxation exercises, internal excursions (guided fantasies), implementation of a »creative process« with a case study in small teams, nature experiences, music to induce the so-called alpha state, development of personal action schedules, transfer into the everyday reality of companies and organizations, feedback and coaching.
